Did you love your work in 2014? It has been quite a year and it’s hard to believe that it’s almost over! What did you accomplish this year?
What was your most memorable moment in your work life? Did you get a raise, start a new amazing project or change jobs altogether?
Not sure what your big moment was?
My great moments always include working with wonderful students and clients. I love the work I do so much that it doesn’t feel like work. I’m proud to say that I’m in the 15% club…keep reading to find out more!
Take a few moments to reflect and perhaps make a note or two about your big moments for the year.
You’ll learn from your mistakes and build on your successes.
I know it’s not over yet, there’s still time to end with a splash or a big bang!
I’ve been missing in action for months as I’ve worked behind the scenes coaching great clients and writing new courses for the Do Your True North Work in 2015 focus.
So. . . 85% of the people in the WORLD hate their work, only 15% of people feel fulfilled in the work they do each day. Yikes!!!
That’s a crazy out of whack number. Can you imagine so many people going to work each day and actually hating, despising and resenting each minute they’re there.
Maybe you’re one of the 85 percent. If so, then you already know the paycheck alone is not enough to make you happy.
There are essential elements that must be included in your work if you want to have a fulfilling work experience. And, you don’t always have to change jobs to find those important game changing elements.
In 2015, I’m inviting you to work with me and ditch the 85% club and join the 15% of the happy folks who “get it” when it comes to the work they do.
The problem with the 85% is that they dream, dream and wait and wait to get out of the misery they’re in and actually learn what it takes to love the work they do.
So, get ready for some exciting tools, resources, interviews and True North Work coaching opportunities.
It’s time to Do Your True North Work starting right where you are.
It’s not right that only 15% of the people get to enjoy going to work each day.
I love the work I do each and every day! I want to help you love your work too!
Have a great holiday and I look forward to sharing a lot of new things with you in the days and weeks to come.
